Even if it were definitely no one else's business, the government says it's required by law, for what it's worth. That's not why I wear mine. I wear mine because my life is worth preserving and enjoying. Seatbelts provide no problem to me and over time have come to be actually comfortable to wear. It's like having a cozy blanket in bed, kinda. You really don't mind putting yourself at risk for what you call comfort, or whatever it is you "don't like" about seatbelts? Apart from "I don't like them," you haven't made any kind of decent argument against them. IS there one? -Jeffrey
I think you're full of shit. You did not have a friend get decapitated from a seatbelt. That's the big urban legend, and it's the example I cited. Do a little work and come up with a bullshit example that is not what I already said. Besides, if in 51% of accidents, a seatbelt would save you from dying, and in 49% of accidents it would kill you, it would still make more sense to wear it than to not wear it, because odds favor surviving that way. And in reality, seatbelts save at a FAR higher percentage than 51%. Your logic is totally faulty. -Jeffrey
