"The people" established the government we have; The people collectively make up the government we have. Why are people afraid of 'the people?' Because the Government has been perpetually working to seperate us, and make us scared of one another. It is one of the oldest war techniques, "Divide and conquer."

They got us so caught up in miniscule differences, while they make off with our money, and burn the last paragraphs of the Constitution.

Only complacent people are worried about this government shutdown. This Government terrorizes everyone; Especially the parts that didn't 'shutdown.'

We don't need these Corporate sharks controlling our country. People have been made to believe this lie. Government only plugs the hole, when people can't take anymore. In the meantime, they spend trillions overseas, our military is totally overblown and, they don't even respect our Countries Rights. Whoever disliked my post, I feel sorry for you. The government doesn't benefit us more than it destroys us, creates our enemies, and, makes the world a battleground. There is no peace under this government, no freedom, and we will never receive either, working 'within' the system!

 

No "the people", didn't. Educated, intelligent, land owners did, and they never intended for "the people" to run this country; hence the early types of voter eligibility this nation had.

Why am I "afraid" of "the people"? Because "the people" are fickle and emotional, and I don't believe many who make up "the people" should have any say in how this country is run.

 

The majority of people don't want to. The majority just wants to live their day-by-day, and vote for the "lesser evil."

I don't want people to run the government, that's not what I'm saying. I want people to keep the money they would give to the feds, and states to make their own choices. The states united under the Constitution, and the Federal Government can not keep within it's Constitutional Bounds. It is overgrown and full of retards. We need to shut it down, and let states and local governments make decisions regarding their people. The Constitution tells us when to go to war, it tells us what true money is, and, it tells us what Human Rights are, and allows us to retain our Rights, in the 9th Amendment. We're under a Government that believes it has: unfettered access into our personal lives, unlimited wealth from the backs of the taxpayer, and, unlimited power to control the personal habits of the taxpayer; It wont stand.

My biggest problem with what you're saying is, that would be like fighting the Revolution, then, creating a monarchy. It's not that a majority of Americans are stupid, they are just misinformed or too busy to be concerned with government. If Americans knew what the Government was doing to our 'freedom,' and with the world, the Revolution would start then and there.

The Government has given itself the Right, to walk into anyone's home, read your emails, texts and, kill you if they think you're a terrorist. The US Government is the terrorist. It is the Strong Arm of the Military-Industrial Complex, and if we don't fight back; Between Federal Drones overhead, Federal Laws which violate the Constitution, Federal waste and, Federal "mandatory minimum sentences," which imprisons people for victimless "crimes."; I think we can safely abolish them, return Federal property to the taxpayer and, allow state Governments to make choices regarding social programs and infrastructure, and be much better off than we are today.

 

It seems to be doing just that; standing.

That statement is laughable. If it were 'standing,' it would be just barely; With every passing month there's a new government scandal. There's no such thing as paper wealth, or infinite wealth. The government since the 1960's have become a huge and invasive "bubble" of spending, and no one wants to pop it, cause they see one or a few colors they like radiating off of it. A majority of Americans, don't support congress. (Their approval rating was at 9% not too long ago.)

I always read what you write, when I see you post. Even if I disagree with you sometimes, you usually make fair and valid arguments.

But I wasn't saying you support a monarchy, I'm just saying, that if we create a government with extensive power, it'll get corrupted in 20 years; We need to live within our means, and eliminate our dependency on the Federal Government.

I have never called for a government with extensive power either. All I said is that I don't trust "the people" and I am, basically, against universal suffrage. I believe we can have a small, efficient, relatively hands off federal government and not have to rely on "the people" to give it to us.

In another thread I asked a very important question which you never answered. I asked, if the government really is trying to do things like set up FEMA concentration camps, poison our water to lower our population, keep us stupid with fluoride, and hide the cure for cancer, then wouldn't all those things affect the very people who are, well, in government? Like I just don't see a government agent saying "yeah, lets poison the air and water!" I mean, he's gotta drink and breathe that air and water. And if he doesn't, his friends and family do. His coworkers do. His old classmates and roommates and neighbours and dentist and acquaintances do. So what gives?

When I asked this question, the only answer I got, from all you libertarians, was one which explained that those truly in charge are shadow aliens who feed off negative energy and wish to destroy the world. That was the only serious answer that I got from all of you; fucking aliens.

 

(The theory goes...)- It's not Obama or any other politician that you or many or most people have heard of sitting around saying "let's keep people dumbed down and kill them slowly as a form of population control"... it's so much larger than that- layers and layers of "need to know"... so, if a puppet politician is took to enact something---anything, from his higher ups- that is coming from so high up that to think that the person peddling whatever it is he's peddling really has any idea of the main reason, is silly. To those that do know, the amount of information that they do know (which I guarantee isn't much or all), of course they would be able to filter the water, avoid GMO's, etc., etc.-- and I'm sure there are also trade offs. -rewards and also serious consequences.

In all actuality, I am thinking many politicians really have no idea of how things are really run and are just being used ... not even told 'say this because we say so and for else!!", but more like... "you should do this because.... ______ insert nice sounding lie"....

In any case, without any basic understanding of the foundation of these theories it is hard to explain the answers to your questions in any detail (beyond what I just gave you)- It's more like you understand it or you don't. And to understand (whether you believe it or not) it, you have to do a lot of reading from a lot of different sources. (and then possibly end up more confused because there are layers upon layers of theories .... different ones, obviously. totally different. MUCH disinformation out there. the truth lies somewhere out there but it is extremely difficult to see through.- what it really comes down to is...there are powerful people out there who do not wish the masses well. and we are fed propaganda. even and especially in the "truth movement"... be aware. don't believe anything without thinking for yourself ....and then....honestly, (this is not to you but more to people who have thought too much about this stuff), stop thinking about it all together- just keep thinking for yourself when you are told things and evaluating and value your life and be happy in it. and don't worry about any of it--- they are not going to be able to win (assuming here something in it is real), if people just keep their eyes open.
