the weather and heating oil and coal. when the cold comes the coal and oil move more. but once a warn snap takes shape the coal and oil drop off..i don't do coal and oil but i do see it mingle with intermodel. don't they have resivours for oil. or do we consume it just as much as we see it on the surface. how much coal oil does one plant have in storage.

A teen from Scarborough didn't learn his lesson the first time when he was clocked at 208 km/h on the 401 near Napanee.
On Wednesday, Feb. 15 at 3:28 p.m. an officer with the Highway Safety Division from the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police was conducting speed enforcement on Highway 401 west bound. The officer stopped a white 2016 BMW travelling 167 km/h in a posted 100 km/h zone.

The officer determined the male driver was the same man who was stopped on Saturday, Feb. 4 by the OPP for travelling 208 km/h a posted 100 zone also on on Highway 401. The driver had returned to Napanee to retrieve his vehicle after it was impounded for seven days.

The driver, a 19 year-old Scarborough man, had his vehicle seized and impounded for a second time in 12 days and was issued a seven day drivers licence suspension.

The accused was held for Bail Court in Napanee on Thursday, Feb. 16.

The OPP says that speeding and aggressive driving remain leading causes of motor vehicle collisions and fatalities on OPP patrolled roads.
Drivers convicted of Stunt Driving are liable to pay a fine of up to $10,000 or to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 6 months and on a first conviction have their driver's license suspended for up to two years and every subsequent conviction their licence could be suspended up to 10 years.
