Unable to maintain and erection and get ejaculation

Hi,

I am a 29 year old male. I am unable to maintain an erection(some times I dont get erections also) and get ejaculation during sex with my wife. When I consulted a Urologist , he told me that my Testosterone levels were normal and the blood flow to my penis was also normal. I suffer from depression. But, What I observed was that I get erections and ejaculation when I watch sex movies. I married my wife without much interest in her. It was an arranged marriage. When I look at other girls I am able to get erections. Even if I imagine some other girl in my mind I am able to get erections. My wife keeps blackmailing me that she will divorce me if I don't make her pregnant. I was married to her for 2 years. I dont know how does a women become pregnant. What I just know is that I need to ejaculate in the vagina. Can you please provide me some advice to my problem and what steps I need to take to fix this. Thanks in advance

I can only go by personal experience. And agree with the squirrel. When I had kidney stones the doc gave me pills to pass them more quickly.
I would rather have an occasional stone than be on those pills permanently. After 2 weeks I was horny enough to work one off but couldn't get an erection. I worked that limp rope enough to finish but there was no orgasm and no ejaculation just a numbed afterglow to let me know I was done.
That's why they tell you to not do drugs. Except viagra....do that one.

Sounds to me like you have performance anxiety. It is more common than you think. Double that with the medication you are taking and there you go.
Yuo both should read about it. It is important for her to know that she is not the problem, nor are you any less attracted to her.
It will take time, but you CAN get past this. But the key thing here is talking openly about it with your wife. That will do more for you than anything else.
