Unlimited entries, winner gets high. My first entry is: "Party Balloon" I used a mini shop vac and put a stem inside the intake, filled it with ice and water, added a hose to air in and out outlets, one got a 1/4 oz bowl of pot, the other a punching bag balloon. We lit it with a blow torch.
