UK,US,SPAIN Distil your water

as we all know the 3 above mentioned countries have disgusting tasting tap water. Besides that they (still) flouridate their tap water. Enough reason to abstain from ingesting it. I have never had an issue with it before but since I have moved to Spain I had to come up with an idea. It was more survival and less cosmetic. If you live in the UK,US or SPAIN and only/mainly drink water like I, and sweat a lot, and dont feel like going to the store and carrying tons of BPA plastic bottles home with you, then you are only left with only 2 choices: Osmosis Filter vs Distiller . I have had and tried osmosis for the 1st year. But then i noticed it is not efficient. So, the single most effective water purification is distilling. Distil your water my friends. Having clean water is the best thing you can do for your body. You wont regret it trust me. We are 80% water. On top of that our body takes 2/3 of its oxygen molecules from H20--> water. Enough said. I generally drink from puddles.

 

Distilled water has a no minerals and is shit for drinking on a regular basis. And throws off electrolyte balance..

 

you get your minerals from food my friend. While it is true that it has no minerals. 5ppm. Water isnt there to give us minerals. Food is. Or you can compensate by a pinch of sea salt added to it. ive been drinking it for 6 months and feel great. dont think it causes any harm

 

Millions of dehydrated people living in third World countries would love to have the quality of drinking water I have on tap here in London. I bottle it and drink it from the fridge and it tastes fine.
