It's very tender. The Brits know how to cook it.

My friend Phil is British. He likes to complain that whenever he goes home to visit, his mother insists on cooking cow tongue for him even though he hates it. It's funny hearing him talk about it.

White women are well known in the US for being kinkier than others. Wealthy people like that, while black men often seek out white women, because their own tend to be much more conservative. Their heels all get higher the closer you get to any major metropolitan area.

When I was in Malta I tried Scallop Del Eau Viennois but have not been able to find it in the USA. I was wondering if anyone knew of a pub in the UK that served it? The Maltese called it Scallop but it was beef or veal? I 'm not sure. I had something similar at the Essex House in New York City. I'm in Indiana now and these people here would fuck up a poached egg if they had to cook something that didn't come in a box.

    Just for you dear Storm...
    Escalopes De Veau Viennoise
    Prep Time: minutes
    Cook Time: minutes
    Total Time: 45 minutes
    Serving Size: 4
    Ingredients
    • 4 veal scaloppine, about 1/4 lb each
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 3 tbsp water
    • Flour for dredging
    • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
    • 1 hard-cooked egg
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
    • 4 thin slices lemon, seeded
    • 4 flat fillets of anchovies
    • 1/4 cup drained capers
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup peanut, vegetable or corn oil
    • 6 tbsp butter

    Preparation
    • 1. Place the scaloppine, one at a time, between sheets of plastic wrap and lb them with a flat mallet or the bottom of a heavy skillet until quite thin.
    • 2. Sprinkle the meat on all sides with salt and pepper.
    • 3. Beat the eggs with the water and season with salt and pepper. Add this mixture to a large flat plate.
    • 4. Have ready two other large flat plates, one containing the flour, the other containing the bread crumbs.
    • 5. Coat the slices on both sides with flour. Dip the slices, one at a time, in egg until well coated, and then in bread crumbs until uniformly coated. As the slices are prepared set them aside. Tap each slice lightly with a flat spatula to help the crumbs adhere.
    • 6. Before cooking the meat, prepare the garnishes.
    • 7. Slice the egg in half. Chop the white and put the yolk through a fine sieve. Set them aside in separate batches. Have the chopped parsley ready.
    • 8. Arrange the lemon slices on a plate. Shape each anchovy fillet into a round band and arrange one band on each lemon slice. Fill each anchovy band with capers.
    • 9. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in one large skillet or use two skillets, if necessary, and add more oil. Cook the meat until nicely browned on one side. Turn and cook on the other side until browned.
    • 10. Arrange the slices on each of four hot plates. Heat the butter in a skillet, swirling it around until it foams up and becomes hazelnut brown. Do not burn the butter. When the foam subsides, pour equal portions of butter over each meat slice.
    • 11. Garnish each slice with a slice of anchovy-topped lemon. Garnish the ends of each slice with neat spoonfuls of chopped egg white, chopped yolk, more capers and chopped parsley.
    Enjoy!

I love you and I'm sending a KISS over the internet connection, across the Atlantic Ocean; and you can place it on your favorite spot. I understand a man from Ohio rowed a boat across the Atlantic in 36 days? I'm thinking he was in love with you too!

Maybe it depends on which part of the UK where you live. Without getting specific I live in the North. There has been a lot of talk about revolution or riots in the street. Martial Law by November maybe.

If you call for a revolution in liverpool, I'm sure they would think of the Beatles and take to the streets with booz drugs and music... had too many public riots in the past.. no one helps repair their city.. and the government know how they feel... so yeah, let's have a Beatles revolution...

I always liked The Rolling Stones in High Tide & Green Grass. Steve Winwood and Traffic were great. I loved Low Spark of High Heel Boys. Winwood was great on his own in Arc of The Diver. It makes me think of Diving every time I meet a beautiful woman from the UK.
