I usually smoke before work, then I wash my hands, put on loud lotion and brush my teeth. I've never had a problem using this method.

I did get fired once for being high on the job several about 7 years ago in California. I got way ripped on some really strong Chronic and I was slurring my speech as I was trying to sell subscriptions of the Redondo Beach Reporter over the phone. They just asked me to leave and not come back, which wasn't all bad, that job sucked.

 

Well when i was talked to , the nurse that spoke with me probably smokes weed herself cause shes the most chill person there. considering ive been told over half the staff does... and my plan from here is if i get a piss test im just gonna get a sober friend to piss in something like a condom and do it like that

i would buy detox like now, and then don't smoke again until either they piss test you or youre 100% sure theyre not going to.

OK so heres what happened. I went in today to talk to The Director of Nursing (my boss) and i was talking to her, she was saying that the staff did suspect me. but them as a company DO NOT DRUG TEST unless the employee is observed first hand using. So because they only Suspected me they did not drug test me, they will be watching me more closely making sure i make it to mandatory meetings and I GET TO KEEP MY JOB! Guess i dodged a bullet there

I wouldnt disrespect the work place if this is true. Since you can smoke up and not deal with legal BS. Why would you make yourself a liability at your work?

 

trust me.. there are plenty of places that drug test in minnesota... but Fastenal one of the biggest corporations in minnesota... does not drug test.. any of them.. world wide.. because the owner is pro-marijuana.. minnesota should've been a medical marijuana state by now too.. but Pawlenty is a fuckin douche...

Lol canada's laws on drugs... My freinds bag got found at school with 8 grams of hash and an ounze and half of weed (hes a dealer) along with a grinder a digital scale two prerolled joints what else... Umm 3 lighters a pipe and three waterfall bong caps....

3 day suspension nothing else, no legal action at all lol

 

drug testing isnt just for weed. But how fortunate it is that weed stays in your system longer...
I really have freinds now that smoke crack and only crack so they dont lose their jobs.

you work with old people, there are just some jobs that weed shouldnt be tested for(pretty much everyjob other than school bus driver, military, plane captain) you should test for crack and heroin cuz they could fuck with the persons ability to work, but not weed.
