There are some abduction stories that are very compelling, like the Travis Walton story in 1975, as depicted in the 1993 movie ‘Fire in the Sky’,
and the 1976 abduction of four men in the Allagash Wilderness Waterway in Maine.

During the regressive hypnosis sessions the 4 men claimed to recall seeing small grey aliens taking them aboard a spacecraft .
Missing time was once again a key element.

Those kids also saw the abduction only weeks after Betty and Barny Hill had their story broadcast over national television and theym guy who was abducted was claimed to be someone who wanted to make a quick buck.

But like you say, hypnosis was pretty compelling.

But I mean, isn't it the case with every abduction person? They always want to be famous, or story tellers, or making a quick buck. All of them. So as we are told to believe.

Travis Walton has never failed a lie-detector test which at minimum suggests he believes he was abducted.

Travis Walton said that the movie was “too Hollywood” with the way the abduction was depicted- which of course Hollywood had to make it a horrific event. Travis admitted that it didn’t happen that way, and that the aliens were actually trying to help him after they blasted him with their ship’s defense system. I think I posted the actual interview from YouTube on another thread.

We tend to downplay anything that’s legitimate- and often negative criticism overrules every time.

If abductees weren't to be taken seriously, then the government wouldn't take them seriously, but they sure to want to investigate and know all the details of said bullshit story lol. To me sounds like they're fishing for possible information.

If I wasn't abducted then what happened?

I disappeared once for 24 hours.

I was found behind a water heater which they had to remove to extract my five year old body from behind of. Family said to me years later there was no way for me to crawl in there...

Of course I have no memory...

When I get one of those full head x-rays at the dentist they always ask "what is that metal thing in your jawbone."

I was referred to a surgeon who wanted to take it out, but I declined as it wasn't covered by insurance and wasn't bothering me... it still doesn't.

    Is it a tracking device?

Have you had any other periods of memory loss after that? And what does it look like on the X-ray? This is quite interesting!!

No other memory losses, that I know of LOL!

It's oval shaped and oblong, small. Doc thought maybe a BB? But wrong shape. And in the bone... so it goes I don't notice it at all.

Anyone else have something like that?
