TO be fair Mr King does have a few books that arn't that good. I'm reading Duma Key, it starts out slow but once you get to the meat of the story it's really good.
I think Rowlings descriptions of quidditch matches are the most compelling pieces of literature of the 21st century.
Rowlings imagination is top notch. Not only did she invint a sport but she discribed it well enough to make the reader be able to actually picture it happining.
Shes not bad, though I didn't particularly love the Harry Potter books, only read the first two, they weren't too bad. It could be because it's not my kind of book, but I couldn't get through a Twilight book, let alone move on to another one. The movie was also horrible and I feel even though I didn't pay for my ticket, that it should be refunded and given to someone who gives a damn.
Eh, I'd rather not waste my life on hearing what some moron thinks about something she clearly knows little about.
Stephen King's horror sucks just about as much as Twilight... His writing is better; but the plots... eek. I love some of his dramatic work, but I find his horror terrible.
I know. you know, if society were less care bear, she might have committed suicide by now and spared the gene pool. edit: that smile looks much less morbidly gleeful than I was hoping for, emotes lose so much subtle shading essentially, I am hoping she gets hit by a bus before she can breed with that smile.
