Yea, but your marriage might have gone better otherwise.

 

It might have gone better for a while, but it was just a matter of time. The marriage had been pretty bad for quite some time, but I was just trying to make the best of it. The mental relationships showed me very clearly some things I was trying to sweep under the rug, and gave me the courage and strength to draw the line and say, "I'm just not doing this shit anymore."

 

Have you ever thought about maybe ending your marriage, finding someone better and at the same timing eliminating the need for an extramarital relationship of any kind?

 

Funny random fact- I just read this article in which someone calls Nietzsche, “a sexless intellectual with a walrus moustache.”

i left school 30 minutes early coz this other kid is ridiculous. he crashed a machine for a reason it's been doing that for almost a year so i dont know why he shouldnt know better. just ridiculous my day was shot. i could have left earlier but i was helping him. he just stand there and dont ask for help. i dont know what this other kid's problem is.. so aloof.

 

That's kinda obvious, lunar - but I guess you hafta ask the question. If I could, I would. Financial distress precludes the possibility of divorce. Also I've looked for a girlfriend other than Deanna - with some very interesting - but unsuccessful - results. Bottom line: If I were the paranoid type, I would say the universe is conspiring to keep me in this prison - for the time being, at least. Luckily I'm as sane as you are.

That's true, as I figured in your case. I've known numerous couples in which that's unfortunately the only thing keeping them together. It's kind of a shame. No offense.

lol Yes, it's true. It was for the better though. His sexlessness likely fed his creativity, allowing him to produce some of the greatest thoughts ever produced. I don't know what the deal was with his mustache, I'm not sure that anyone knows what the deal was with it.

 

He could sprinkle coffee grounds into his mustache and drink hot water, thus skipping the trouble of brewing the coffee.

Not sure about the sexlessness - could be, I suppose. But yeah, certainly a great and unique thinker. Also Sprach Zarathustra - so when I think of Nietzsche I always think of 2001: A Space Oddyssey...and those apes beating each other up...Man and Superman...

 

I always think of Bill Hicks when I watch that scene.
