Everything they show on the news is ally negative about mexico. It is unfortunate that many people dont get to experience it because they only hear bad things about it

 

When I was in Mexico I went to Michoacan, which I later found out was "one of the most dangerous" provinces in Mexico. Many travel guides at that time (and possibly still) suggest avoiding it.

However I noticed no issues really. I mean sure if you're going out at night, buying coke and partying in seedy clubs you may have an issue, but isn't it the same for basically any night life scene?

 

Ive only been to the nice caribiean part of mexico... but even that was sketchy. The resort was amazing, filled with palm trees, tiki huts, and beautiful beaches filled with free buffets and bars but the second you leave the resort...

Theirs cops driving around on ATVs with machine guns, homeless kids pan handeling, run down dirty shacks, its messed..
