whats up guys?

im sick as fuck... nasty cold, cant breath, throat is raw, weak, etc etc.

I can't even smoke pot cause inhaling smoke into my lungs is just brutal and seems to make my cold symptoms 5x worse... I've always hated smoking when I'm sick. I took a hit yesterday and it was a big mistake; my congestion and sore throat got way worse.

so I just dug a fat chunk of cannabutter out of my freezer, gonna make something... I dont feel like cooking and making brownies or anything, and my girl won't be here till late tonight (shes the resident cannabis chef around here), so I'm trying to decide something easy I can put this butter in and make it at least somewhat palatable...

any ideas?

boil water. find cup. break 1-2 bay leaves up into medium pieces, add to cup. add tea bag (optional). pour boiling water over it. steep. inhale vapors. fish out the bay leaf pieces (they are pretty sharp, and would not help your raw throat if swallowed) and tea bag. add honey and lemon (optional)
drink.

the bay leaf helps to break up congestion and get that crap out of you. the honey and lemon should help your throat. Warning: you better have tissues, your nose will probably run. its not a strong expectorant (like tussin for example) but it sure helps if you dont have/ dont want to use something stronger. bay leaf tea by itself (no added tea bag) is pretty mild IMO

December is looking to be an awesome month. Lots of good shows, Christmas parties, couple of family Christmases... lots to do.

I hate smoking when I'm sick, I always feel way more congested and gross after. Weed works wonders for an upset stomach though.
