Was a concert to remember

 

i got most of my kitchen clean. i cooked my turkey thursday, started making stock friday morning, and its almost reduced enough for portion freezing. all of the pots and pans related to turkey roasting, carcass boiling, and stock reducing need to be washed. and then the kitchen will be done and i can work in another room. i didnt have enough shelves until today, so all of the pots and pans and kitchen boxes were all over the floor.

might watch some george carlin videos and smoke before i get to it. breaks are good.

 

tote bins make good places to store pots and pans. so do unused stoves..

yeah your not missing anything you just press the mouse button and sand falls from the curser, its worth about 5 seconds of entertainment and thats being generous.
