I just noticed yesterday that MeTV is starting to show Kolchak: The Night Stalker. I was a kid when it first came out so it's sort of a nostalgia thing for me. Not really sure what kind of shows you find entertaining though. Anyway, it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
I thought it was cool because I grew up in Massachusetts and recognized all the names of towns (including my own hometown) that the war between the aliens and the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment were being fought Hotwater

Star Trek Deep Space Nine is what I'm watching. I really like it. I look forward to it at the end of the day. So far I've only seen Star Trek: The Next Generation, and the first 6 seasons of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. I have also seen the first 2 seasons of Star Trek: Voyager. I will watch the remaining 5 seasons of Voyager once I have watched the rest of Season 7 for Deep Space Nine. If I were you, instead of buying the series on Amazon or what have you, I would try to see if the local library has a few seasons on DVD, assuming you have a DVD player. (also assuming you aren't simply streaming episodes on netflix). Enjoy Star Trek! Kudos
i was trying to get into it, but didn't have the flair it had when I was younger. .usually I like old shows.
Also be sure to check out Andromeda and Earth: Final Conflict. I haven't watched either but they are both based on ideas developed by Gene Roddenberry, who created Star Trek to begin with.
I saw that advertised. I’ve seen the movie The Night Stalker & The Night Strangler starring Darren McGavin which were excellent, but I was told the series was awful because the original producer Dan Curtis and Richard Matheson who wrote the original screenplays lost creative control Hotwater
