its my cable box that displays this message 'a new software' lol thats what it says, but i can't select "yes" or even move the cursor over to cancel. i don't think its the batteries in the remote becauese it works to turn the power on and off. can't do it on the box either i dont understand this .. i dont really need to upgrade at all it works(ed) just fine, unless it gives me new apps or something but theres no way to click on either yes or no. edit: changed first line
