Turning a highlighter into a bill good?

a billy is the aussy term for a bong. a billy is some can that you boil water in over a fire. bongs over here tend to be ghetto, hold water, and the water bubbles when you hold fire near it lol so its a billy.

i dunno why theyd call the bowl a bill in canada though.. unless someone told someone the bong was a billy and they thought they meant just the bowl or something like that
