For Trump the seriousness of Coronavirus has little to do with reality. On the one hand he called for the re-opening of business activities all across the country, based on his misconception that Coronavirus is under control. On the other hand, he tells us Coronavirus is deadly and serious and federal prisoners should be released early due to this moral danger. This morning Trump released Paul Manafort from federal prison.
... and in 'swoop' mode they 'let go' covering you in sh*t !!! - yes I do have an understanding of nature, you're not the only one to have Peregrine Falcons in thskies around you. I also have a preponderance of Herring Gulls too !!!
As much as I hate Manafort he did have a cardiac event in Prison and if he remained in custody and came down with the coronavirus it would likely be a death sentence.
Lol. Are you afraid to say the word shit on here? You are censoring yourself? Gulls travels in large packs, they shit everywhere, Happy to hear you are surrounded by them. Falcons do not poop while in a dive or downward motion. They don’t like to shit on themselves. Again, physics.
Right now I'm remembering the likelyhood of getting crapped on by falcons is mighty low compared to the gulls. I hope you enjoy them hovering over you....
Americans say, on average, that it takes a net worth of $2.27 to be considered wealthy. Which americans? I don't know anybody who spends their day trying to figure out what it means to be wealthy. That questioned must have been posed to the denizens of mar a lago.
Not loud, screaming, hate-filled, foaming-at-the-mouth, or any of that. Just for emphasis. Some TROLLS who seem to think that continuing on with life as usual and pretend the corona virus is "really nothing to be worried about", should go out there and mix in with a whole bunch of people and throw caution to the wind. Be big, tough, macho, manly, and brave …………… leave those masks behind. Shake hands, share a beer glass, sit elbow-to-elbow at a bar, go on a cruise ship, etc. But first ………………. Sign a waiver of ALL RIGHTS & CLAIMS to medical treatment, and the right to sue anyone, any agency, any medical facility, any entity AT ALL ………………. so no money, time, PPE, or medical treatment of any kind by ANYONE will be wasted on you. Sign that waiver, date it, have it notarized …………………….. then off you go. Similarly ……………. I feel NO sympathy for smokers, drug addicts, or alcoholics who abuse their bodies and then when they're dying from lung cancer, emphysema, an overdose, or liver failure …… they boo-hoo and wonder, "Why me??? How could this happen??? " There's a very simple answer ………… BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LISTEN TO WHAT MEDICAL EXPERTS WARNED ABOUT THE DANGERS OF NOT FOLLOWING THEIR ADVICE & DOING AS THEY DAMN-WELL PLEASED. I've witnessed people - my own relatives & friends - in these very situations dying from their lack of attention to doctors' warnings. No tough-guy, he-man bravado when gasping for their last breaths.
Bug off dogpile. YOU don't get to tell me what I have to do or how I have to do it. NOBODY has to follow YOUR stupid rules. For the record, I'm pretty safe all the time, before and after covid-19 because I don't do stupid crap, and nobody has to sign your stupid waiver. Yeah, I can't disagree with that. I've watched plenty of people who knew the risks but went and followed others over the cliff anyway. Dad quit smoking years ago and browbeat mom for years, forgetting that HE was the reason she started smoking in the first place. She told him to fuck off. Then the doctor told her that her kidneys were working at 10%, and everything else is starting to fail, too. He have her a choice to quit and live another 5-10yrs enjoying visits from her familly, or she can carry on and spend those years not knowing who was visiting, 'cuz her smoking was causing everything else to fail and her brain is now on the menu. She quit, and spent the last ten years at home on dialysis being taken care of by dad. My brother got a cancer diagnosis some years before mom and lost a muscle on one side of his neck along with all the lymph nodes on that side from his ear to the tip of his shoulder. Doc told him to quit. He did, and dad asked him about mom getting chemo & rad therapy. My brother bluntly told dad that he was in the best shape of his life when he did that and it beat the hell out of him. Lost his sense of taste for a few years and lost a lot of weight because everything tasted like cardboard. He told dad that, based on mom's sedentary lifestyle, it would kill her almost immediately. Better to have her around for a few more years while she recognized everyone and was able to enjoy their visits, and that's the way things went. She died at the age of 76 right here in her own house with dad and my brother living here with her. My brother lives on and got married again. They don't smoke. Still waiting to see what happens with my last wife, but her son and I don't smoke an drink very little, preferring just to cook with alcohol sometimes.
Average is average And that average net worth for over 65s is 14 times that for under 35s Not all boomers are rich? No shit But there are a lot more of them that are asset rich than under 35s That inequality is what will spread the virus, there is no reason for the younger ones to give a shit, anger will build up if you expect them to pay for it disproportionately as well
It's not like an election where 51% will do. You need 80% of the population to follow the rules to contain the virus, are you sure that was ever happening in your state?
Challenge accepted You have this part all wrong, you have to give reasons for the younger ones to keep on caring ($$$$). Waiver would be useless if they just get the sniffles So if you always listen to medical "experts" you live forever and nothing unfair ever happens to you? Man you say some dumb stuff a lot of the time
Groan, what percentage of the American population remembers who Manafort is, or gives a shit, do you think?
No. I never said that. But there's such a thing as common sense. Nobody lives forever - so don't say nonsensical things. But I DO, however - care about my family and other loved ones. And even people I don't know. I will not go rushing out without a mask (to prove I'm a big tough guy), and mix around because I need a haircut, or I feel like eating in a restaurant, or because some other ranting dolt has shouted that my /our freedoms are being taken away. The restrictions are only a temporary thing to stop the spread. Temporary mitigation is NOT gutting the Constitution. Listening to medical experts has nothing whatsoever to do with unfair happenings.
