Trump Ordered to Pay 83 Million Dollars

If I spent an hour touring the street corners in certain parts of London, I could round up more than 100 women who would let Trump rape them for 88 million. In fact, most of them would agree to 88 million pence.
I wonder how much of her ill gotten fortune, Carroll will have to pay the people who wrote and supporter her story.

There are countries right now, torn apart by earthquakes, wars and famine. They must be happy thinking about the few million that Carroll is about to donate to their various charities. Hopefully, she is not dancing around the house, singing the words from the musical, "Charity's fine, subscribe to mine".

 

Personally, I think the whole thing is academic. In reality, Trump won't be paying a single dime.
I see there being 2 ways it will go:

1. Trump wins the Election, and misuses the power of the Executive, to over turn the lower court's ruling and void the decision to pay.
2. Trump loses, but since there are no limits on the number of appeals that can be filed in a civil case, he will appeal it from now until the day he dies, and she gets nothing, either way.

Donald Trump is the Consummate Flimflam Man and people fall for him the way they've fallen for Snake Oil Sales throughout history.

 

I am just somewhat bemused by the entire situation and the probable full truth.
Our daughter deals with rape allegations regularly. When a guy jumps out of the bushes and rips a woman's clothing off, the answer is simple. But when a woman makes an allegation that her regular sexual partner has raped her, simply due to her not being in the mood, or after a minor domestic dispute, she leaves the paperwork at the back of her desk, while she goes out and apprehends a few violent criminals. Experience has shown police that more than 90% of these allegations are withdrawn within a couple of weeks, sometimes with the accusers leaving arm in arm. It is understandable why neither the police or CPS want to waste tens of thousands of pounds in the interim period.
Needless to say, their is a vast grey area between these two extremes. Perhaps the only full solution would be a law, requiring us all to jump out of bed and sign a contract before the critical moment.

In the case of Trump and Carroll, I think that we can all agree that he did not jump out of the bushes. She was not his regular sexual partner, so where in the grey area does this fall. The fact that she (metaphorically) waited a few years, before jumping out of the bushes may be the first clue. My personal thought, is that she expected further attention and/or financial rewards that did not fully materialise.

My final and somewhat light hearted comments, were whether a decent and honest person who had received 88 million for less than a days work, would not donate a part of it to the people suffering terribly in this world.

I have friends who have worked with Donald Trump, during the period when he hosted The Apprentice. They all agree that he flirted with the girls, but it was openly and light hearted. No one saw him as a creep.

 

Anybody else would have been thrown in jail for rape and defamation. The man steals money from anyone he possibly can, then uses it to stay out of jail. The longer they parade him as a symbol of American corruption, the better Wall Street does, and the more weapons we sell.

The danger is if the economy tanks, and we end up with a new Adolf Hitler.

The man is a PRICK and anybody with half a brain knows it.

Melania is somewhat of an enigma. But not sure if shes scared of him. She certainly shoulda left the situation awhile ago. I guess shes hoping to get something outa this. Which in reality makes her complicit in the mess. Would life be better for her in the old country?

 

If someone sued me for 14 dollars and 36 cents--I'd shut up! Evidently , it's going to take the orange jaysus hundreds of millions to just shut the fuck up!!

 

She hid in her room the entire time he was in office, and begged him not to run for president in the first place. She's a trophy wife, not a rocket scientist, but she certainly knows the asshole could retire, at 77! His ego is the only thing of value he has left.

 

I think its called stockholm syndrome.

 

A recent study has established that, what doesn't kill you, makes you more gullible. When even using a stupid dictionary and humor are taboo, and a quarter of the damn population still insists the sun revolves around the earth, thinking for yourself has diminishing returns. Explaining why the amount of working memory people have, is the only reliable measure of their career potential, and forty years of studies have indicated the republican party organizes like a flock of chickens.

My own work connects their behavior to their cellular level pattern matching, and the cells of their own bodies taking a vote of "No Confidence". Conservatives have the highest rates of abortion, rape, child abuse, alcoholism, racism, and suicide, and are censoring half of reality. Its literally a biological response, and they are drowning in their own lies. Even their immune systems are rejecting all the bullshit, and their population is imploding as a result.

Thankfully, AI are about to replace the AMA, and Wall Street. The Pentagon will either adapt, or die. Right now, we are importing people of color, to replace conservatives, as a way to prevent all hell from breaking loose, but we need a new economy, that actually obeys the laws of physics, and Karma. The AI market is so competitive, my work gives them a leg up on the more conservative competition, the Pentagon and others demand.

We've all been sold down the river, by the wealthy and powerful, for the last 10,000 years. They've literally made half of reality taboo, and are attempting to censor it all now, because the idea that the truth speaks louder than the law, and their money, is unthinkable, but its all just bullshit, that the AI are proving much better at working with. Sooner or later, the entire world will have to adapt to the truth, that automation is only killing us, because we've made the truth taboo.

You can use AI to produce counterfeit money if you want, or whatever. Even the people who look for counterfeits, are biased, but the machines are not. He who has the best analog circuitry and programming, has the advantage, and academia only thinks they comprehend humor.

 

I'd guess about a hundred years before humans go extinct. But that may be too generous. The earth itself will abide, as will people like trump right up until the end.

 

Mother nature is not that patient with all of our nonsense. The oceans rose in temperature worldwide, six months ago, and under water heat waves are killing what's left of the oceans. Killer whales are attacking ships and sinking them! Trust me, the American people would welcome AI running the damn planet, but they're censoring everyone. So, we have to depend on other countries, that have more than money driving them to desperation, and I give them all the physics, neurology, etc. to program an AI, for less than $10,000.oo

My guess is, COVID will destroy what's left of the American economy. Unless you care to start selling biological weapons on the international market, the Chinese are already underselling the US. Nuclear weapons didn't impress people, but biological weapons you can't trace, are another matter altogether. Frank Herbert wrote "The White Plague", just to make the point, that one insane asshole, can destroy the entire world today, for less than a million dollars, in their own basement.

The same AI circuitry and technology they are fighting over right now, will be dirt cheap in the very near future, and will drive the cost down to around $100,000.oo and a year's work. In the meantime, the Chinese government has even been using portable steel walls, to ensure they can enforce quarantine. Call them insane all you want, but the ocean itself is dying! Nuclear weapons are outdated.

 

It''s going to be interesting to be involved in the inevitable chaos as more areas will be unable to sustain farming practices and more and more poor and starving humans decide that ALL resources held by anyone , particularly those that have ALWAYS had most of them are fair game. There are A LOT of hungry people in the world. Sooner or later , the have nots will be heading north.
