Oh so just more of the same from VG VG I like you but you're a bit of a gaslighter "This is all just crazy, nothing to see here, nothing happened, I'm not the nutter you're the nutter" and that sort of thing
The voters won't care if VG's throwing a bunch of nonsense against the wall Mel. I do wonder about this argument. There's no precedent for "the voters won't care", because nobody else has ever run for re-election after being impeached. Say what you will about Nixon, but he was Trump with the virtue of shame.
The lack of shame is what gets me too. Who knew how much one can get away with if one just acts completely nonchalant and unabashed about it I've done a few shifts with Sander's textbank and I've talked to a surprising number of people who voted for Trump in 2016 and are considering Democratic candidates now. So I would venture to say he's lost a bit of support, and I dont think he's going to gain very many new voters. I dont really think it's going to be as easy for Trump to win this election as others seem to think
Not a whole lot of precedent for impeachment itself Some post Civil War infighting, then Bill getting a blowjob
You haven't really been following what's going on have you? Joe Biden was acting at the request of the U.S. government, unlike Trump. ...and all of our allies, The International monetary Fund, etc.....but you know that.
FLASHBACK, 2018: Joe Biden Brags At CFR Meeting About Withholding Aid To Ukraine To Force Firing Of Prosecutor
Why don't you start with the good stuff right away? Your former ramblings about there not being any evidence or witnesses makes people just think you're trolling (and no reasonable person can't blame them there)..
Well, I think it's important to remind ourselves that even though the media paints this picture with an optimism of sorts; that it could still go either way, that it's highly unlikely that they remove the President from office. Sadly, there simply aren't enough votes. No matter what Adam Schiff chose to remind us of, be it the solid factual actions of the president, or the testimony regarding it of the highest most credible orientation, they don't seem to jibe with the idea that it was unequivocally wrong what went down. And the obstruction that followed will likely be misconstrued as "totally acceptable" or something like that by his lawyers. I don't think that he'll be removed, so I'm holding out for a positive November. I keep asking myself how to get more people motivated to vote. Signs on overpasses keep haunting my mind. Or picketing. Which are weird things. Things I wouldn't do, but these times call for action. I don't want the incumbent.
one of the many things that will taint trump's legacy. I think the second thing he will be remembered for is that he was the most disliked, and worst president in modern times.
