"Donald Trump has been convicted on all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Trump, who was indicted in connection with a hush money payment made to an adult-film actress ahead of the 2016 presidential election, is the first former president convicted of a crime." - the Washington Post

    Made my day!

Poor Donald. Sentencing has been set for July 11.

“We respect the rule of law, and have no additional comment,” Ian Sams, a spokesman for the White House counsel’s office, said in a statement.

He's lost his right to vote, but still become president while serving time. No doubt, he'll have a golf course, where visitors can discuss state affairs with him. He could be the first president to pardon himself, and sue the judicial system for wrongful imprisonment.

Sadly, Donald Duck is now tabloid fodder, and so is the entire republican party. Someone should offer conservatives a good deal on cheap Burbon, and see how many kill themselves drowning their sorrows. Its WWIII and it looks like the republican party will be lucky if they can elect an injury lawyer to office. The assholes have become so contentious and corrupt, they're literally chasing their own members out of congress.

The CIA should start looking for the next Donald Duck, to keep conservative America happy.

Lots of countries, allies like Canada and the UK don’t allow people with felonies to enter. Imagine a U.S. president who can’t enter the majority of foreign nations due to being a convicted felon. How is that even possible for a diplomatic position like president of the U.S.. What a flippin joke.

Donald Duck is wanted, dead or alive, in Tehran, by Interpol, for failure to appear in court. He can't leave the country if he wanted to, but he's emperor of the world! If the Duck can't go to the mountain, the world will come to him!

What the conviction of Donald Trump tells us about anyone who still wants him to be our next President is, the level of corruption of their moral compass, and/or the level of delusion they have fallen into.

    It's a cult!

He's taking his followers down a dark hole - I just hope they realize it before it's too late.

I never liked him and I never watched television productions in which he appeared with the exception of a cameo appearance in THE NANNY. He is coarse and offensive and he made my federal government life absolute hell as a public servant to United States servicemen and women. I am glad that he is out of office and hope he loses again. Throw him in the hoosegow and toss away the key!

Unless they changed the law, a felony means he's lost the right to vote.

it depends upon what judge merchant decides in his sentencing. He must fulfill the terms of his sentence before he can vote again.

He's been convicted of 34 felonies, you would think one of them is enough to take away his right to vote for life, but our votes just aren't worth what they used to be.

    Felon Voting Rights
Seems to depend upon where (in which state) he is registered to vote. Also, I'm not quite sure about what a sentence might be for this misfit !

What happened to the party of Family Values. Conservative Republicans need to get out of the way of progress. The Hypocrisy is overwhelming to a former Republican like me. Where is Pete McKlosky.

The genie is now out of the bottle, and there are going to be scads of conservative local DA's bringing indictments against Democrats for Federal crimes to local courts at all levels of government. Now that it's been done once and permitted, it's a given. The Judicial system is now in freefall
