Have you seen the UK documentary about Trumps grandfather and how he amassed the family fortunes by running a hotel during the gold rush'?
The building was a wooden structure that was dismantled and moved every few years to follow the money. Their was a bar on the ground floor and each of the hotel rooms above were singles for men only, with a double bed and came complete with one of the girls working in the bar.
Who could ever beat that for business efficiency.
