At harvest time, if the trichome is amber is ok, but if it does not change color and continues to be white, what should I do?!

It depends on what type of high you want.
Harvest early when they are still clear for a bright THC heavy high without a lot of "stoney" effects. (good, but not optimal)
Harvest when cloudy for a good mix of THC/CBD effects. (most optimal time really, all the cannabinoids have developed and haven't started to deteriorate)
Harvest when amber for a more stoney effect and higher CBD content. (cannabinoids begin to break down a bit)
