YOU madam are Jenny Bond. And I claim my £5! Yes, Cromwell St was. Because visiting football fans would go their en masse for bizarre so called "pilgrimages". I mean I love lots of buildings that had Royalist roots. English castles, the Moscow Kremlin etc etc. But its a relatively modern palace (with albeit good-ish architecture) and is still deeply associated with a particular stance. Thats why it makes me uncomfortable in its current form. I've studied with, worked with these sorts of people. Its astonishing when you realise what many of them are actually like, behind their pr facade.
Come on man, you've been practically daring him to get going in this thread I'm actually genuinely curious.
St George's ribbons. Originally used as part of a military medal in Russia. Then it became associated especially with the defeat of Nazism. Now its being used in the Eastern Ukraine to symbolise the fight against West Ukrainian fascists like Right Sektor, and other anti-Russian groups. The words - Rodina Mat zovyot - loosely means "The mother of Russia calls to arms". Again its associated with the Great Patriotic War, and of memorial, even a spiritual type of statement. As you might recall, I have family from Kiev and elsewhere in the what was then the USSR and Russia. So its very sad to see current events and misreporting of them.
Me too. Sure, they are leeches, but they still attract millions of tourists too, I guess. But they're not in my country, so what do I know
a)baby eaters. b)twats. c)one or both of the above. Actually, Odon seems to be an expert on the subject. Perhaps he'd like to advise you before I reply in more detail?
Well I dont think the 60 to 120 or more people who were all burnt alive, strangled/gassed in Odessa were actually stunt men, women and children. Do you? How about some Canadian media? http://www.globalresearch.ca/how-ne...ssa-inhabitants-photographic-evidence/5380504 (warning, contains extremely horrible images of death and torture!)

Nope, nope, nope; it's the right wing making a practical joke masqueraded as conventionalism for pragmatism.
