Transparent lighters

Is it just me, or do most of those cheap, transparent, colored, 99 cent lighters always seem to break before the fluid is all used up in them? It seems like often either the wheel becomes jammed or becomes loose to the point of not being able to make a spark.

From now on I am only buying the Bic ones.

 

They do suck pretty bad, I never buy them.

 

id normally agree with that but lately ive had some of the opposite experiences.

the cheap- transparrent ones have been outlasting lighters i bought that cost 4 bucks and even my butane lighters.

dont know what's up with that.

 

All I have is a Zippo.

they DEFINITELY do!!! MANNNNN i think about that allll the time. i used those cruddy lighters for YEARS. years. the headshop in the neighborhood gives you like 5 with any purchase. now... these lighters are 10x worse then normal plastic 99 cent lighters... these are FREE plastic lighters. the wheels always pop off, or get jammed....

and how's about this one =)... i find myself doing the ol' 2 lighter combo trick... when one lighter lost a wheel or something, but still have fluid, just no spark... and you use another lighter then is out of fluid but can spark still... ugh, inovation. now, the trick is trying to hold your pipe while all this is going on =P.

but, whenever i feel like spending 2 bucks on a lighter, BICs always go the distance.

 

I have a zippo fund (1$ in it so far ) ...

I always use those lightes, but end up loosing them in discos, or having them stolen from me...

I had some suck ass lighter and it shot sparks at me all the time. But then this cool guy gave me a nice lighter when I bought a pipe from him.

 

Mine was a gift or I wouldn't have one.

 

people give me lighters all the time, then again i have a give n take thing with most ppl. in real life...
