Tracking your Masturbation

In recent months I’ve been curious as to exactly how much I masturbate during a week or month so I’ve been logging each of my masturbation sessions. I include information such as the date and length of each session and at the end of each month work out my average session time/total time etc

it’s really interesting but sometimes scary to see how much I masturbate in a month! Does anyone else do this?

 

I use to do this when I was a teen. Then it came to the point I was forgetting to jot it down. I said the hell with it I’m a teen I jack off about twice a day and seven days a week, not so hard to keep track off.
