Old story, but I just thought it would be funny to post it.. I was standing on this railroad bridge with 4 hits in a cigarette pack.. I took out 2 hits and pulled out a smoke, it was empty.. without thinking crumpled the pack just tossed it in the river.. before it hit the water I was said SHIT!!! with the 2 hits in my hand I ate em and kicked off my shoes and jumped in the water.. In all the luck in the world the 2 hits didnt even get wet. The pack sat still on the surface tension of the water... but I had to eat them as I couldnt swim back without getting them wet.. Dont remember the rest of the day.. Sorry.
I really hope that you threw that pack in a TRASH CAN afterwards. I think that was mother karma giving you a scare.
this reminded me of a time in the 70s when I was a lifeguard at a community pool but hardly anybody came. I came to work one morning and found about 6 or 7 black star hits on the ground. Someone must have jumped the fence in the night for some partying. I promptly ate 3 and did my pool check and ph check, went for a swim and walked around the building tripping all alone. I sat there and contemplated big thoughts I couldn't remember later, but mostly I wondered who lost these hits and what were they doing here last night? That's the only time I've ever found acid. Found lotsa weed though.
^ That was a good story.. Never ever found cid in the real world.. but found hits following the grateful dead in the lot... again, not the real world.
