Topless in Public

There is a nice clothing optional resort in Woodstock,CT called "Solair"...you can google it online. It is a family resort so everyone from 1 day old up to 100 years old visit there

 

In NYS a woman can go topless in public if the intent is not salacious. So if it is a hot day and she wants to take her shirt off just as a man would, it is OK. Yeah, a woman who does that would probably be arrested for public lewdness, such an arrest would be illegal and probably make a nice discrimination suit against the municipality that did the arresting.

 

I think that on beaches and parks it should be OK for both women and men.

 

Nah, I'd rather see someone just dressed nice but leaving a bit to the imagination.

 

Personally i'd rather not flaunt my boobs in public thanks.

 

Im quite comfortable being topless, my boobs are still perky and a good size.

 

I'm all for the equality, I often go about my daily business with my shirt off in the summer months so why shouldn't it be acceptable for the ladies too.
