I wish i had a camera. Ive built some insane bongs. Like with trashcans and stuff (not the big commercial ones that the trucks pick up). The best bong ive ever made was made with a culligan water jug (the medium sized 3 gallon?). You could hit that thing and when you were done and started to exhale it felt like your lungs were goin to collapse. I even made a bong one time that you could roll a joint/blunt and put it in the "bowl" and keep smoking. You never had to relight it. It was awesome.

i've never made any crazy shit. But I always carry a piece of tin foil in my wallet; you never know when you might wanna pop into a convenience store for a plastic smoking tool

Bill i took your advice. I used a vacuum cleaner attachment as the mouth piece and a turkey baster as my downpipe, witha ratchet or some tool piece i dunno as my bowl.

it has iced tea in it....
it hits pretty good
it has a socket and a long metal tube for the downstem and bowl
and some plastic tubing to pull with

it works....pretty well...needs ajustments

 

You people that are into homemades should try out waterfall bongs, I think they're king. You take a 2 liter or gallon milk jug and poke a hole in the bottom by the side the size of your tumb. You have to make a bowl to go on the mouth of the bottle/jugg. You fill the motherfucker up with water, and put the bowl on top. Light a lighter over the bowl and let go of the thumb hole. Now the water will start flowing out the bottom; this will cause air to be forced in the top through the mouth to equlize the pressure. This air turns into perfectly consistent bong hits. When the water's out, remove the bowl (it has to be removable, unless you wanna hit it out the hole you made i guess) and hit it out the mouth. Congrats you have either 2 liters or a gallon of thick ass pot smoke! You can even carry it with you if your wanna and tape it up!

much prefer blunts to bongs. the shop down the road has started selling all these different flavour blunt tubes. blackcherrys my fav at the moment

 

i once made an ill bong out of one of those long science tubes, which i stole from my science room (i think there called granulated cylanders, not shure tho). It was made out of plastic, so using a torch flame lighter i melted a hole in it, and put a trumpet mouth-peice in it as the downpipe. i then melted some of the plastic around it. It hit soooo well, got me so high! wish i took a pic tho

I have found that trumpet mouthpeice work best for me as downpipes. U dont need a screen for ure bud unless its shake.

 

hey bunny, i think your referring to a gravity bong, but oh well i guess they call it that where ur at. hey miami next time u roll a blunt that fat hit me up and ill fly my ass down there to hit that shit!. Bill, yeah it hits good as shit and yeah its hard to clear , ive only used tobacco in it tho so i dotn maybe itd be easier with some smooth bud smoek rather then harsh toabacco.

well, 'gravity bong' refers often to a bucket bong, where you put a bottle with the bottom cut out into water

waterfal is the same principle, but easier to make (just a hole.. no bucket or scissors required.. though youd want somewhere for teh water to go to)
