    I'm homeschooled and because of that I don't got no friends, never have. I also h8 my parents big time, and I'm busting loose next June and doing 12th grade in a public school in Los Angeles if I do it at all.

    Plenty of public-schooled kids get culture shock when they go to college, too.

    Because they dont have time to become selfabsorbed and think "Woe is me" in a nice airconditioned home in surburbia. In impovrished areas you are too busy trying to survive and find basic resources that there is no time to think about suicide when death is around the corner every minute.
