Richard Linklater is excellent too. He did "Dazed and Confused" one of the greatest fucking movies of all time, and "Waking Life" an animated film debating about philosophy and life, and religion. One trippy ass movie. I suggest anyone who wants a head trip to check this flick out.

The waking life is amazing. 2 more i would recommend are The Way of the Gun and Boondock Saints...

Thats the problem with top 5 lists, you always can think of another one...
speaking of top 5 lists, john cusak in High Fidelity...also a great book.

Oh yeah and Evil Dead, Happenstance, Run Lola Run, Brazil, Dark City, Highway, Spun, Rebel Without a Clause, THE GOONIES, Never Ending Story, The Shining, anything else with jack nicholson in it, and on and on it can go, but im a little winded now, so ill let someone else take over.
