Too old for threesome?

Hi I'm in my late forties now and just wondering if you guys think that's too old for you to be up for a threesome? Generally guys seem to only be interested if the females involved are youngish say under 40 - where I go so beginning to feel bit past it..... Interested in your thoughts.

 

Not at all... just depends what you look like for guys and there are plenty of hot 40-somethings.

 

Sorry I didn't mean that I think the guys are too old more that the guys seem more interested in the younger women. Obviously I realise younger women are more attractive etc but do you guys feel that once a women reaches a certain age they shouldn't still be expecting a couple of guys to invite her to join them?

 

Age does not seem to be as much as an issue as body type. Are you obese, maam? Many participants in such activity are not exactly "ready for prime time".

 

I'm not a part of the swinging world, but the stereotypical image of a threesome I have in mind is with an older woman. I could give my reasons, but I feel it's senseless to give reasons for something I'm not sure is mostly the case.

However, I will say this. What could make for a refreshing leg up over young women for you, is that you're willing to share the initiative. You're older, presumably you've got your finances in order and you're not desperate to get hitched up, put up, and sucked up to by men anymore.

Men are no longer a life project to you, you can afford to let your hair down and have fun with them. A lot like teenage girls. You no longer have to prove things to your parents and neighbors, etc. You've probably abandoned youthful false comforts of what it is to be 'successful.'

Or so I hope. Unfortunately, I have met my share of older women who still act like spoiled little princesses. And let me tell you, it's not a pretty sight. Because it no longer works.

I believe you have to risk going beyond waiting for things to fall in your lap, for reasons you have yourself described in your post. I wouldn't be surprised if you end up enjoying it.

I'm a 57 year old man. Why do you think that you're too old for me to be interested in a 3-some that includes you? (Or am I too old to be in your thoughts?)

 

Do what you want to do. Dead is a long time so do it now. You're still young, by the way.

 

As in all other nonstandard personal arrangements between adults, the rules are whatever the parties agree to. If you are hanging around with people who say you are too old to do what you want to do, you just need to look for some like-minded people.

 

Thanks for all your interesting replies. I'm a size 14 just over 5ft 7" had two children so little bit of a tummy but hope I would never display any Princess type behaviour. I have enjoyed men up to the age of 66 and so not an issue for me. The first time I went to a local sauna I heard couple of guys (who looked similar age to me) say well we will ask her if we don't get someone who isn't so old!
