And it's also conveniently payday as well. So I'm stumped as to what to bring home to surprise him. Ugh. And no sex toys...there are no sex shops around here. (But I'd love to get him the fleshlight ) So urgh...what to do, what to do! I want to do something.
Hahaha, we don't have either or a car. And my paycheck isn't going to be very big...just enough to cover bills and groceries and have a tad bit left over for festivities. I'm really tempted to surprise him with a bottle of Jack Daniel's, which is his favorite. He'd be super surprised because I've never gone into a liquor store period, let alone by myself!
Haha, he's so picky that his favorite dinner has to be cooked by him! I've never cooked steak before...I'll ask if he wants that, though, and I'll probably bring some good steaks home. And he doesn't like cake. I'm going to try to find him a big bag of Sweetarts, though, they're his favorite. That, and some more Jolly Ranchers.
I hear ya,NO ONE can barbque a steak like my hubby,or my dad... You could also make him like a coupon book, It could include his favorite well you know where I am going...LOL
yeah KR the whole no car thing puts a damper on things. however everyone needs their first time in a liquior store
I'm a hopeless romantic, but I'm terrible at coming up with ideas. I think I blew a fuse the one time I did the most romantic thing I've ever done. My first love told me about an Alf doll he had as a child and he had taken it with him in the bath and it subsequently soured and his mom threw it out and he told me how sad it made him, so I went out and bought him a keychain with a little Alf doll on it for his birthday. He had no idea I was getting him anything at all. The smile on his face that day was so great. I wish that Daniel would give me some awesome hint like that to a good birthday present, but damned if he never does.
I know he really wants a bucket of Legos and I've been looking for one on eBay, but no one around here sells them in anything but the goofy little playsets. I really want to get him a bucket of Lincoln Logs as well (okay, that's for me, but anyway), but once again, something I have to either travel to Amarillo for or get online. Le sigh!
