My hippie vegetarian restaurant/grocer/vitamin store told me that Tofu Scramble is no longer being made. He was able to mix some up for me in his back room. Anyone know the recipe for it? Or better yet, what do you do with your tofu?
Drain most of the liquid out if it. Cut it up into small cubes, fry in a little oil, add some soy and then curry powder and let it firm up. Serve/add to whatever dish playbook. Lots of different receipt, kebab skewers etc. Simon
