39 f. below zero with clear 'still dark' skies.

 

You know it is cold when your eyelashes freeze outside.

 

Minus 39f? That is cold, man.

 

OH MY!!!!

 

I was out at -25c and my eyelashes froze.

If there was not corona lock down which takes place in weekends, I would stay one more day and have -30c but because of corona lock down, I missed -30c by one day. I felt sorry for it.

-25c was not bad either. It is cold enough for your eyelashes to freeze outside.

 

I cannot imagine how that feels.
I would rather be on Zen's beach.

I only stayed 3 days.

I took photos but with Sony Ericsson W810i....After -20c, it becomes hell to take photos because you have to take off the gloves for it. At -25c, even with gloves on, my hands felt like they were burning on fire. Too much cold gives hot feeling like hands are burning on fire.

It saddens me that I missed -30c by just one day.

 

Current temp 35f. Feels colder then it feels. Thanks covid and strep for making me lose my insulation last year!

 

When this photo was taken, it was only -15c.

I made somebody take the photo with his own phone for the better quality.

 

NO GLOVES????

 

I took off the gloves and the hat of the coat before the photos.

I can stay without gloves for sometime at -15c but not very long.

The real problem is touching something. Like touching phone or things, those effect terriblly. I had my thermometer in my hand. I always touched it with gloves. Because touching something solid is much worse than the air itself. My liquid thermometer was showing -15c before I had somebody take my photo.

And -15c is nothing compared to -25c.

 

Never been that cold myself. x
