    Well I survived Thanksgiving Day and for that I am eternally grateful! I managed to crank out some dinner treats which I will show below:

    Wot ??? - where's the roast parsnips ??? and steamed potatoes - Nah - they have to be roasted with the chicken !!! - and I also note there's no Yorkshire pudding on the plate either !!! ;):D:D:D

    I love roasted turnips, but none to be found around here!

    There were roasted carrots instead of parsnips... and the potatoes would not fit in to the pan, sorry.

    My Dad made the best Yorkshire Pudding... I have the recipe, but I've made it and failed too many times to try again. I do love the stuff!

    Wish family was here to help, oh well, maybe next year.

    Well I just ordered a whiz bang new phone at a great price, delivery expected by December 9.

    I am looking forward to more clarity and better lighting. This old phone of mine has been around too long... but it still works as a phone. How boring.

    It sure is Zen.
    It gets dark here now around 5.00PM and right now the outside temp is just 3c so ruddy cold.
    Mind you.
    The indoor temp is 24c so no worries there! :)

    There are several bushfires burning in Victoria at the moment but all except one are under control and no houses have been lost,it's all good.
