    Off out for a 10 mile walk methinks. :)


    You can look in on two live CCTV Cameras which are located outside over our patio door.

    I used to wear a FitBit thingy which encouraged me to walk.

    It died. Oh well.

    Two years later I just replaced it with a MiFit. It does a lot more and cost a lot less :)

    First day I got 3,000 steps. Felt very old.

    Yesterday got 5,000 steps, felt great!

    Today I barely hobbled about the Big Box Store with leg cramps.

    So I am resting at the moment. I need to get in better shape.

    Well Wifey and I both have the latest Apple 6 watches and we try and walk at least 10,000 steps a day.
    The watches are great because mine tells my that right now my pulse rate is 65bpm, my blood oxygen is 96 and the ECG is showing up my Atrial Fibrillation using the ECG application.
    But I know about the Fibrillation for which I am on Warfarin and a couple of other meds.
    00.45AM here now so logging off for my two bottles of beer and a sandwich and a read.
    Have a lovely rest of day, and catch yer tomorrow all.

    It’s a catholic institution of higher learning so while those Jesuits may uphold their vow of chastity and obedience, the vow of poverty seems to be seriously lagging behind.....lol...

    I sure hope you get some rains. Dust is not good. Otherwise the temps are OK.... Winter is coming and I hope it's not a bad fire season down there.
