    Not as exotic, but interesting all the same methinks. :)

    Good Friday morning to all weather watchers and reporters here on HIP.
    The sun is shining but only 9c here in Colwyn Bay.

    You can look in on two live CCTV Cameras which are located outside over our patio door.

    Wind is good, until gale force and the puppy gets tossed to the four corners of the earth... hang on to that leash!

    But still a tad nippy. Your camera appears frozen in time, but bright!

    I take it both cameras are working for you?
    It seem bright down by the promenade there depending on the sunlight or general weather conditions.

    Wifey and I have only just got back from the eye hospital after having a pre op assessment for a right eye cateract operation which she is not looking forward to!

    Coming into evening now and still just 9c so pretty nippy!

    All seems good now... tell your wife not to worry about the cataract operation.

    Three years ago I had both eyes done and life began anew. I could not drive at night, read a book and all colors were muted and yellowish.

    Years of sailing in the bright Caribbean sun did that and gave me melanoma skin cancer. I fought like the devil and conquered the cancer, and the operations were a bother, but went very well.

    Unfortunately I must be very careful with the sun, and do go to a dermatologist as often as possible for checkups.

    And now I don't wear reading glasses or driving glasses, and the colors of the rainbow are what they are supposed to be.

    There is a new type of replacement lens for humans that is not fixed, and will adjust your vision like a natural lens to focus on different distances. Ask about that if you can...

    I have never heard that particular version of This Magic Moment, and it was very nice indeed.
    But for me the original hit by The Drifters was better! :)
