Just a suggestion, (depending on how many of these dogs there are), maybe get some cheap dog kibble from Amazon and leave it out in piles for them? We feed wild raccoons dog food and cookies here every night. I assume the dogs are looking for food and fighting over whatever can be found. Hungry animals just are such a problem. People don't get their animals spayed or neutered, then turn the puppies and kittens out to fend for themselves. Cats are more successful than dogs in getting by. It's wrong either way, but there's not much that can be done outside of providing a little food. Hope I'm not being too presumptuous.

 

Didn't know about the rabies;never mind! That's too bad. We had that problem here a few years back and stopped feeding the raccoons until things were cool again. It affected the foxes and squirrel population too. All OK now.
Hope that problem clean up for you soon.
How is Chris doing, Brother Kenny? Still improving, I hope.

 

Hi My Angel Sister here in the UK at 11.30pm so soon to log off.
But before that!

The day went quite well really.

Chris has had her X Ray.
Chris has had a whole battery of blood tests taken.
Chris has had fresh urine samples given/taken for urine/kidney infection.

Poor Chris had a terrible time while having her X Rays taken, as she had to lay in a few different positions for the X rays to be taken.
I had to stay outside the room but I could actually hear her making sounds because of the terrible pain.

Of course we may not know the proper results of this little lot for a few days, but I will keep you lovely guys informed when I hear something.

This evening she is struggling a bit, but just going to bed now and is taking 4 Amitriptyline tablets along with 2 Paracetamol in the hope to get some sleep..

Fog thick as pea soup (Yes, the very same soup Regan MacNeil is fond of)

DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT SATURDAY...

WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern and southeastern Massachusetts and northern Rhode Island.
WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Saturday.
IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

 

It’s raining in Olympia, Wa….hurray!! We average over 50 inches a year and live near temperate rain forests. But this summer we have had no measurable rainfall since June 13 until tonight ! Very strange.

 

We have Regan's vomit--i mean pea soup--as well,thick fog in Northern Connecticut. 65F at 1:45AM.
Just settling in to watch a horror movie, but not The Exorcist. It's called Eggshells.
