spill on the kitchen linoleum. What do you folks use for clean-up? I'm big on paper towels but live with a cheapskate who's been trying to get me to use rags. He's been ripping up clothes all day long !

I just let my dog lick it up, if it's food.

Paper towels for sure...and depending what I spill and where I spill it, sometimes I follow up with Lysol Disinfectent Wipes, cos they kick ass. Whoohoo! But rinse the area with water afterwards if it's an area that comes in contact with food...

i usually just mop my dorm room floor if i spill something. i'm just too lazy to get down and wipe with paper towels or rags or what not. mopping does the job.

yesterday i dropped a gallon of water out of the fridge-love that 'glunk glunk glunk' sound it makes as it's pouring out all over the floor and I'm desperately looking for anything to soak it up with. At least it wasnt the milk.

I use standard flannel diapers as cloths around the house. They are also really fairly cheap to buy. They are white so I can javex them and they really absorb well.

On my counters though I use paper towels.
