That's cool about the hat and the piece... I actually just picked up some hemp flip-flops at a festival I went to this weekend myself.

A buddy of mine owned a headshop in town here, and when it closed down he offered to sell me the entire remaining inventory for 7k. At the time, I had no idea what I would do with that much paraphernalia, tie-dyes, and incense so I turned him down... I've been sort of regretting that decision.. I could lease a building, buy a little more inventory (just to make sure everything is properly stocked) and open up my own headshop. However, at the time 7k was a good chunk of money for me and I sort of viewed it as an unnecessary purchase (as I really would have had nothing to do with all that inventory).

Hindsight's 20/20 I guess.

My boys haircut

 

went out for a buddy's birthday tonight... his dad died on saturday of brain cancer at age 51, so it was kind of the elephant in the room because nobody wanted to talk about it and he just wanted to get drunk and hang out with friends and try to have fun. we were supposed to have a little party on saturday for his bday but obviously something else came up. so shitty, his dad only first had any issues on st patrick's day, and died 4 months later. 6 tumours on his brain, fucking awful.

my mom takes me to the barber shop...a scary fuckin place...worse than the dentist to a 7 year old that doesnt want a brush cut...the barber starts shaving my head with those nasty electric clippers...whicn in 1966 were like hedge clippers to me

...fuck it i thought...i'm outta here...i ran like a motherfucker out the door balling my eyes out all the way home....that was the last time i had a short haircut to this day
