    Pepsi, all the way!

    Oh well...

    :D

Psychedelics! I love the pretty patterns (and all the other good stuff they bring me).

Cold winter nights! They're an excuse for cuddling. :D

Yes, and they were so strange!

Have you ever done something you were scared shitless to do, and then realized you were afraid for nothing?

Yeah, I survived a tornado but it didn't actually hit my house, so I was scared for nothing...not the same as most, but after the fact, I found it to be rather invigorating.

What's something that really made you think?

This was probably my worst freak out. When I was 16 or 17 I went out one night on a double date with my girlfriend, a friend, and a chick I was setting him up with. After awhile I drove my gf home and my friend wanted to screw this chick so he asked me to drive them somewhere private in this small town we were in. I drove to the baseball field. My friend gave me two grams and his pipe and told me to go kill an hour or so.

So I sit in this dark corner facing a quiet road and an endless, pitch black field. I smoke, and I'm pretty high, it's about 11:00 at night, we're out in the country. I hear coyotes start to howl from the darkness and I get uncomfortable. Then I look and see these shoes hanging from a power line. The coyote howls slowly get closer and closer sounding. Long story short, I had completely convinced myself that the coyotes could smell me, and that they were coming to attack me. As well, I convinced myself that the hanging shoes (a marking used by gangs) meant a gang of thugs were coming to beat my ass for smoking pot on their turf. When I got back into the car I just sat still and quit speaking for awhile.

On valentines day a few years ago, I had bought my girlfriend a bucay of flowers. I showed up to her house to give them to her, she liked them. Her little sister came home from school, saw them, and walked away all bummed out cause my gf and her mother had both been given flowers. So I drove back into the city, bought another bucay for her sister and drove back to give them to her. She was pretty happy.

Lived in the moment more instead of getting so caught up in my own thoughts all the time.

This place called Dawson City in the Yukon.

Halifax and Vancouver. One's the beautiful east coast, one's the west coast.

An nice cold craft brewed India Pale Ale.

    I don't drink soda. Pepsi I guess.

Now just alcohol and cannabis. I guess I could include caffeine as well.

Getting high on life. For me, psychedelics were about opening my mind, stripping the rust off it and shaking it out of its old ways and ideas, giving it a new way to be. I personally don't see much use in doing them frequently. To each their own though.

"I dare you to blow me."

    A hot summer night.

'Cold Winter Nights - Getting Canadian guys laid for over 175 years'.

Sure, I'm always dreaming. Every night, then I day dream all day.

Sure, nothing particular comes to mind right now, but I can certainly recall the fear, followed by relief.

    Nietzsche's writing, Bertrand Russell's writing.

He's alright. I read them a lot when I was a little kid.

If you could somehow travel back in time to confront yourself ten years ago, what would you say to the 10 years ago version of yourself?

"Hey dipshit. Get the fuck out of bed and go to class."

That was actually 8 years ago. Ten years ago I was 16 and I had a strict mother that kept me in line so there's not much I could tell myself that my mother wasn't telling me at the time.

Same question. What would you say to the 10 year ago version of yourself?

Yup...one from Marlboro that was my dad's. It reminds me of him so I keep it...it is metal lined with a leather strip that you can remove to wash it...strange question, though...

I worry about two different things that somewhat coincide. I worry I'm not spending enough time with the various people I love the most and I worry I'm not grabbing enough experience out of life. I guess overall my biggest worry is that I hope life doesn't just pass me by.

Its not really that weird, but I'm oddly obsessed with Lord of the Rings to the point where I'll find myself doing silly things like pretending to be an elf while I'm walking through the woods. Its kind of weird to me because up until a few years ago I didn't really have any "nerdy" interests and made fun of things like LOTR...then I read the books and I've read all of them plus the Hobbit four times since then and seen the movies a ridiculous amount of times (I don't even like the movies that much..). Its taken over a rather large chunk of my life.

Same question, i'm not feeling creative. Do you have any weird obsessions?

I don't think I really have any weird obsessions...I guess I could revisit this later if I think of anything...

Are you easily offended? Why/why not?

I am NOT easily offended, and how dare you ask me that????

Ummm, actually I can be pretty sensitive. Sometimes even a tad paranoid. But I'm trying to do better in that area...

Oh, and regarding weird obsessions - my obsessions are not weird, dammit. :) Well there is that thing with the woman telepathically in my head all the stinkin time, but honestly, I can think about other things...every once in a while...

Do you ever get paranoid thoughts?

    Stay away from Sailor Jerry.

I did. It was a green shamrock and it was stolen.

I tend to over think and worry too much. So I guess 'myself' would be the answer.

Maybe just one. I tend to collect bottle caps. I like the sound they make when they cling together. It's jangly.

I'm probably one of the hardest people to offend. Why not? Because all's fair in comedy and opinions.

Yea, sometimes. I often feel pretty uncomfortable sitting with my back to an open area, like if there's people behind me. I don't like people sitting behind me on the bus. And when I'm stoned, I tend to get pretty paranoid on occasion. Also, a lady I work with talks shit a lot about other people behind their backs, and she doesn't care very much for me. I often assume she's saying shit about me to others we work with.

I don't know that it's silly, but the sounds people making when they're eating. I fucking hate it. I prefer to not eat with most people because of it.
