Obama and Tiger look black, it's dominant. If they looked more white and asian, I am sure it'd be different. People react to what they primarily see.
i got no automatic preference too. which is surprising, because once they switched things up in the middle, i got confused and had a couple long pauses and one wrong answer. who said it's not? the guy admitted that he's racist after all.
Indeed I think this kind of toxic mindset comes mostly from white guilt. I'm glad this teacher got in trouble for this. Just think how many others who preach this kinda bullshit get away with it. A community college in Portland dedicated a whole month to white guilt and white shaming.
I wouldn't be surprised if soon some white guilt-ed SJW fuck-tard proposed that we should let black people publicly beat whites. Set aside a whole month where blacks can whip whites bloody, no consequences, purge all their frustrations. Because clearly, whites are the cause of ALL their problems. This is what we're devolving into, when a university teacher has to apologize for trying to REASON with a black student. How dare "white science" suggest that voodoo superstitions are not valid scientific knowledge! If you do not pander to every irrational whim of these poor black victims, then you are a racist. If you do not let them be hate filled resentful racists towards science and western culture, and everything they perceive to be "white" and therefore racist. Then you are the racist. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1i80qaETtw8
I love all races. Cars, Bikes, Speed skating, even chuckwagon racing. Why all the fuss? Funny how racism was kinda calm until our last President took office. What the hell happened? I just want to start drag racing in the 1/8th mile again, I miss that.
Maybe she can call that same witch dr. who summons strikes from the sky, to send electricity and wifi to her smart phone.
Cell phones with video capabilities became cheap enough for even people in the ghetto to afford them and record every racist event or racist propaganda and post it on the Internet
I noticed a couple of incidents at colleges, but Berkeley really caught my eye. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3R6dzZdceT4 http://reason.com/blog/2016/10/26/video-uc-berkeley-protesters-built-a-hum#comment http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2016/10/25/berkeley-protesters-blocking-footbridge-let-people-of-color-pass-white-people-theyre-given-a-two-word-command/ What's really stupid about this in my opinion is that Berkeley is not a "white majority" school at all. The biggest group are Asian students, then Hispanic, then black and whites are down at the bottom somewhere. Numerically this "protest" makes no freaking sense at all. It does seem to indicate that even when whites are the extreme minority, there are STILL too many of them. Otherwise, this looks like blatant racial intimidation, discrimination and of course RACISM. How long does anyone think this casual hatred of people for being white can continue. It's so evil to think like that.
I imagine this guy was trying to say that by benefiting from an institutionally racist system, white folk have to be racist. The problem with his logic is that, according to his own position, by even being a white man and commenting with authority on the subject, he is perpetuating the dynamics he decries. If he is right about white privilege, he is the first person taking advantage of it.
There's a reason this shit is so confusing to so many, it's designed to be. The conflicting stories, the hypocrisy, the absolutes (You're not this, so you MUST be that) are all common marxist strategies for stirring up crap and putting whole populations at each other's throats. There's no actual "justice" being sought. Just an open license to cause even MORE strife.
The largest online study of its kind surveyed some 20,000 people and discovered that even most of those who considered themselves to not be racially biased actually were. While being biased isn't necessarily synonymous with racism, the fact that the majority of the population in places like America still support racist policies like racial profiling speaks volumes. For me, racism is all about economics and the greater the economic disparity the more blatant the racism.
It's about hate. If you hate a whole race of people, you're a racist. If you think people of your race are better than people of other races, you're a racist. A big problem we have these days is trying to redefine social issues on the fly. As for a bias survey, without knowing what was asked and who was aksed, how can we assume the survey itself wasn't just as biased as the odd assumption you have about racism? As if one could buy their way out of it? But don't take my word for it, Webster's has been around since the early 19th century: Definition of racism 1: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race 2a : a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principlesb : a political or social system founded on racism 3: racial prejudice or discrimination
In over ten years of asking nobody has been able to tell me the simple distinction between a lynch mob and a democracy and over half have admitted to being suspicious of the common dictionary despite being unaware that it merely contains popular definitions. Its Three Stooges see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil slapstick where everyone argues over the definition of stupid. Someone thinking their own race is better than another isn't necessarily hate and can simply be based on different values. In the US we tend to worship money and power and hate any losers and the same can be said to be almost a universal value in every culture. For example, in surveys when shown pictures of different people and asked to rate them for intelligence and competence tall white males with blue eyes tend to score the highest anywhere in the world. Part of Hollywood's success is merely capitalizing on the fact that success breeds success and that is also part of what inspires racism. For me personally, whether another culture is smarter or more competent or whatever doesn't mean they are necessarily better or worse, but its easy to see why people look at the world that way. The question to ask ourselves is whether we are moving towards what we want or away from what we hate and fear.
Right, but the discussion is not about culture, it's about race. Pointing out the superiority of one culture over another can be accomplished logically. Doing this by race is not logical at all, a human is a human. It's what we become that sets us apart. And I will always be suspicious of any survey that purports to indicate someone is a racist but may not realize it. All of the racists I have ever known were complete assholes and seemed to be rather proud of it. I just can't buy "Accidental Racism" or whatever it might be called. Such claims require someone to make more of being offended than just their own personal perspective.
That survey didn't claim they were racist, it merely attempted to show that they were biased and my point was where you want to draw that line is debatable. Racism without culture is a contradiction along the lines of saying the individual can raise themselves.
