How do you expect to get a helpful answer without providing details? How can anyone help you be “safer” as you asked if they don’t know what you are doing in the first place? Common sense should tell you that in order to ask for help, someone must first understand the cause of the problem. This would be like someone asking for help in making cookies because they always come out bad without providing the recipe/steps they are using so that others could spot the actual issue.
