tips for cleaning a bubbler! help!

hey i got a new bubbler and its startin to get black resin on it.
any 1 no a way to clean it with just shit laying arround the house or could i just put it in dishwasher would it make it smell?

 

Use some rubbing alcohol, and the search button.

 

ISO alcohol. vodka. etc.

 

is gin fine to use?

ziploc bag => isopropyl alcohol => evaporation => resin

 

1-5gallon Zip-Loc bag, 1 1/2 cups ISO Alcohol, roughly 4TSP non-iodized salt. Stick bubbler, alcohol, and salt in 5gallon bag. Zip the lock on the bag and shake like a maniac....15-30 minutes later you have a clean, brand-new looking bubbler.

This works for my 10inch tall, double chamber bubbler.

isopyrol alcohol and salt works wonders. Watch out, the resin/alcohol mixture stinks like nothing else.

 

when my pipes get to clogged i scrape them with an unfolded paperclip or boil them

 

I put my sherlock bubbler into a tupperware container fully submerged in iso alcohol for a couple hours, then give it a good rinse in hot water, with a q-tip, and voila, brand new
