You know how to make it sound great (which tecnically is the definition of romanticizing but I approve ) :2thumbsup:
I doubt this will ever happen, we're due for a major pandemic. And NYC will probably be under water by then.
a better method would be to just lay off the weed for one month, then go forward in time and take every drug test you will ever get in the future.
I’d go back to a time of slavery. I’d choose 24 carefully selected individuals to wage a guerrilla campaign on slave plantations. Equipped with the latest assault weapons and tactical gear those rednecks wouldn’t know what hit them. At the end of each day we’d retreat in time only to regroup for the next campaign. Hotwater
The High Rockies in a booming mountain town, during the gold rush. I'd buy into salloons, brothels and massage parlors all over the region. And introduce things such as LSD and MDMA to the cowboys.
But how will I know when the tests are going to be held? Plus that involves a lot of pissing, I'd have to drink a lot of fluids before I get into the time machine! Unless in the future they just scan you with a drug-test tricorder like in Star Trek! But maybe in the near future marijuana will be legal everywhere and drug tests will no longer be taken! OMG this is so confusing!
I'd probably go back a few years, buy loads of cheap bitcoins. Then go back to the 80s and buy loads of Microsoft shares. Then come back today and sell them and with my newfound wealth I would travel all over the world in both space and time without having to worry about money anymore.
not all of us would need a time machine for the 60s and 70s. i was born in 1948, graduated high school in 66. say kennidy get shot when i was in high school saw the moon landing when i was in the air force saw the beatles of ed sullivan. some of us, came here, that a place that is called what this place is called, out of a nostelgia for things we had personally experienced. places that are '3rd world' now, in PRE-roman times, when they were covered with dense forest and population was in proportion to resources and fanatacism hadn't been invented. i love railways too much. but not the way industrialization was done. there's a bunch of trains i want to ride. the sacramento northern when it was under wire and provided frequent passenger service. the nevada coundy narrow gauge when it was running. every railway in the world with a guage of 760mm (30" 2.5') or LESS, everyplace they have ever been the principal means of transportation. but even more, i would like to visit this earth AFTER the automobile, or at least powering it by the burning of fuels of any kind, has long ceased to be practical, or even possible. this earth after humanity has very nearly destroyed itself, and nature gets a chance to recover. or if we do destroy ourselves entirely, after some other species has evolved sapience and begun to surround itself with artifacts as we have.
Come to think of it, if I had a time machine I'd go back to 1986 and invest all my money in Microsoft, so then I wouldn't need a job, no more drug tests!
