Certainly in the UK if a government did bring in policies that were not supported by the vast majority of people , then they would most likely be ousted out of office when it comes around to voting in an election.

 

There are petrol offices open which you can buy things from. They are open 24 hours and 7 days.

It is 9:26 am. If I go out now, I will have a big money punishment. I am supposed to wait for 34 more minutes. This is when corona has his holiday.

 

It is 9:28 am, there is 32 minutes left to go out.

I am counting minutes.
