i feel like shit too. i've been getting over my illness. went to yoga class yesterday and nearly passed out. went running today.. feel like shit. i'm still in good shape i'm just not 100% and haven't bounced back yet. my big race is like 7 weeks away.. i cant believe how quickly its getting here.. shit!

 

check out what i'm drinking: three scoops protein/calorie mix. one banana, one cup coconut milk, one cup soy milk. this stuff is loaded w/ calories and protein. i need it because i didn't eat much while i was sick. this coconut milk is the high octane stuff. it has 93 calories in two ounces. 650 calories in a can.

 

The kid that shot that cat with the arrow confessed today. The kitty is doing well and has become quite the "celebrity" around here in all the local papers and on TV news in Columbus which is about 55 miles away..... :2thumbsup:

 

I need to get some of this stuff and see if hubby can do well with it. He's lost way too much weight.

 

That's good. That would have been a hard secret to live with. I'm glad the kitty is doing well.

 

you can also add penut butter to your protein shakes
adds protein plus it makes it taste really good

 

yeap i eat a lot of peanut butter too. i get the kind thats just peanuts or peanuts and salt. the regular pbutter has hydrogenated oils in it.

 

the GNC brand ain't bad. they changed the recipe a while back and its more palatable
