I went to the farm tonight and brought a truckload of things home

I think I over did it and will be paying hard tomorrow ..my arms are already dead ..my back will be just awful when my pills wear off..i discovered some leg muscles that I had all but forgot...even my lungs were whistling lol..i hope i dont catch a cold

 

i still dont feel good. my muscles are all achy and i feel nauseous when i stand up

 

that sounds like me on a good day

 

well that sucks balls

i went into work for about 3.5 hr this morning and came home. not sure if i'll make it tomorrow. definitely going to sleep in.

 

I haven't been RFing lately...

I might be getting a new job...not sure how I feel about it...could be a good temporary gig, but working for a heating oil company can only get you so far in life...

 

I had a baked potato for lunch today
