I've had a threesome that 'just happened' too. No planning, no rules (which could be a bad thing!) and no overthinking it. Looking back, I think the fact that it wasn't arranged and just simply happened was probably the reason that it was so amazing.

Maybe for some, but I suspect it's the exception rather than the rule.
